1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CleanProfit (the "Service"), operated by CleanProfit ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The Service

CleanProfit provides tools to calculate prices for cleaning services, create and send quotes, manage clients and jobs, and record income and expenses. Calculations are based on the information you enter. The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and does not guarantee any business result or income.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts receive a free trial for the period shown at sign-up. When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only until a paid plan is activated. Paid plan prices, billing periods and cancellation terms will be presented before you are charged. We do not charge any amount without your explicit authorization.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you enter ("Customer Data"), including information about your clients. You are responsible for having the right to store that information and to contact your clients. We process Customer Data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your transactions at any time and may ask us to delete your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes or to send spam; attempt to access other accounts or data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; or upload malicious code.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Service before they take effect.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After termination we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
